about the studio
We are a design practice run by a duo of architects-
Parth Rasse and Shivani Mahajan Rasse. We are built around one simple idea: good spaces are not just seen, they are experienced.
Our work brings thoughtfulness to architecture, interiors and planning to create spaces that are functional, refined and deeply connected to the people who use them.

Parth rasse
co- founder/ principal architect

Parth is a passionate problem solver who enjoys finding thoughtful and efficient solutions to complex challenges. A graduate in architecture from the University of Pune, he has been working in the field since 2020. Parth has worked across architectural practices in Pune and Mumbai over the years and was a very prominent part of a USA based construction startup. His professional experience spans the entire journey from design development and detailed drawing documentation to consultant coordination, permit submissions, and project management.
Parth has always been a people’s person. He genuinely enjoys knowing people, understanding what matters to them, and figuring out how he can make things a little easier for them. Growing up in a tier-2 city -Jalgaon and eventually working with clients from different parts of the world, including those based in Los Angeles, he has seen a wide variety of people and it has given him a rather interesting perspective on their stories. He has learned that, no matter where someone comes from, good design ultimately begins with listening. For Parth, every project is first about understanding the person, and then designing the space around them.
Outside architecture, Parth finds his balance in classical music, photography, and travelling. He can spend hours listening to some raga. On weekends, you’ll probably find him somewhere Google Maps wouldn’t suggest, with a camera in his hand. He believes these little detours keep him curious and perhaps that’s why he rarely travels without wondering what story a place might have to tell.

Shivani Mahajan Rasse
co- founder/ principal architect
Shivani is an architect holding a B.Arch. degree from the University of Pune. She has been working in the field since 2020. Along the way, she has had the opportunity to learn from and work for reputed architects Ar. Rajeev Dalvi and Ar. Vivek Bhole, gaining valuable insight into leadership, project management, design thinking and the importance of delivering thoughtful solutions. Her experience encompasses residential architecture, industrial architecture and interior design, giving her a well-rounded understanding of design across different scales and contexts.
Shivani views every project like a blank canvas; she believes that every new space up for designing is the start of a new journey for the user. Hence, she is empathetic towards their needs and cannot rest until the best solution is reached. She wholeheartedly loves to create highly functional and equally aesthetic designs for any given space using all her knowledge and resources. The core of her approach is about creating efficient solutions for the challenges of the space. She trusts that good design is about creating a meaningful dialogue between the users, the space and every element within it, resulting in environments that are purposeful and enduring.
Apart from designing, Shivani is likely busy growing more and more plants or admiring her existing plant collection. That’s probably also the reason she loves traveling to places where the nature is rich in every way. A peace-loving soul, she finds joy in the little things and believes that a sense of calm can transform everyday living. It is a philosophy she carries into her designs, creating spaces that feel harmonious, welcoming and connected to nature.
